J.J. Kerr’s Appliance Centre has proudly been providing Rockhampton homes and businesses with access to the highest-quality electrical appliances since 1945. With origins dating back almost 70 years, our reputation for quality is woven into the history of the town.

A LOCAL FAMILY BUSINESS

As per its namesake, J.J. Kerr’s Appliance Centre is a local family business that was started by the Kerr family. Dale Dalton served as a loyal employee for the Kerr family for over 16 years before taking over the business in 1999. He helped to reignite its growth while retaining the company’s high standards. 

Since then, J.J. Kerr’s Appliance Centre has expanded in product range through the addition of a new store in November of 2014 and also through joining the Buy-Rite buying group in May of 2015.
